I have recorded my sons wrestling matches on a Sony DVD-R 1.4GB Disk and my copmuter can't read them??

Oops! You should have checked your DVD player before you bought your camera.

My dvd player only uses DVD+R, not DVD-R.

The only thing you can do now is buy a new DVD player, or find a friend who can read your DVD-R.

Has your computer ever played a DVD?? It would help if you supplied the brand, model number & operating system of your computer.

Can you still watch it in the cam?

Doublecheck to see if your videocam finalized the disc and/or try it in another computer.

If that doesn't work you'll probably have to output through cables to your computer or dvd recorder.
