I have replaced the batteries in my Belkin f6c800uk unv ups and now it wont start up.

Question

ive checked for reset button but couldnt find one. also couldnt find any fuses. Anyone out there got any ideas?

It may seem silly but have you tried disconnecting your connected pc etc, sometimes ups devices won't restart if the equipment load is high near the suggested manufacturers wattage rating, maybe you should also try leaving your ups device to recharge, new batteries are often supplied in a near flat/uncharged condition.
