I have router Model No. FBR-1416A (Level One) and i want to make my Router IP Static?

It explains everything you need to know.  It seems to be quite good.

Using your web browser, enter the following default gateway IP address for the FBR-1416A:

http://192.168.0.1

When prompted for the User name and Password, enter values as follows:

• User name:  admin

• Password:    password

Once connected to your router admin web administration window:

Click on link to:  "LAN" options

You can change the LAN gateway IP address here.
