Are there any schools in the ga that teaches MRI? I've tried searching but come up with schools out of state.

I am unsure where to find a MRI school, but I have a word of warning.  Unless you are also a radiologic technologist (the proper term for an x-ray tech), you will have a hard time finding a job doing MRI scans.  Most employers want an employee who can do other studies, involving radiation, which a person cannot do unless they have graduated from an accredited RT school and passed the licensing examinations.  If you are just trained in MRI, you are limited in what you can legally do.  You would be unable to do CT scans, for example.

    I have never worked at a facility who employed MRI technologists who were not RTs.  Once you become a RT, you learn MRI on the job, and you don't do anymore formal training.  You can self study and take the licensing examination from the ARRT, without attending an expensive program.  Many MRI schools exist for the sole purpose of making themselves rich.  Best wishes....
