I have seen a parrot cage that says it is bigger enough for american grays but im not to sure wot do u think?

I have two afr ican greys....I actually bought a cage that was sized for them but decided that a bigger cage was actually better for each of them so they could play and "visit" eachothers cages. by the time you get toys and perches, the bigger the better! just make sure the width is safe for the beak size.. good luck

That's about the size of my African Grey's cage. I wouldn't go for one any smaller than that. Mine has plenty of room and lots of toys in his cage, he also gets lots of out of cage time.

If yours is going to be in the cage a lot of the time then it is better to get one as big as you can, with parrot cages, you can never go too big.

66 cm= 26 inches

55 cm= 21.7 in.

155 cm= 61 inches

I think the cage will be okay, as long as you take the bird out often so it can get a lot of exercise.  If you can get another cage easily, it is suggested that the cage is fairly wide because greys like to play around on the "floor"

Yeh it does sound big enough for an african grey, this cage would be ok as long as you let the bird out every night. But i would recommend that you do get a bigger cage though to give your bird as much movement as possible.

Considering all the toys and dishes for food your cage should be no smaller than 6 inches more than their wingspan on each side. Personally, the bigger the better.

ps. You should also ALWAYS have a variety of perch sizes for your birds, ALWAYS and I can't stress that enough. They need the different sizes to help them exercise.
