i actually ordered it recently after a recommendation from my friend.  It seems that the combination of acai berry,hoodia and the white tea extract is very powerful.  She lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks.

I have never used this but here is my guess. It is supposed to empty your bowels of anything thats standing there so if you have a bunch of gunk in there and it gets rid of it you will have a temporary weight loss.But if you have "normal" bowel movements and dont have a bunch of gunk backed up then it may not work at all. If you need a good cleaning out try it but if your "systems" are normal then dont waste your money. I get at least 4 or 5 of these ads in my emails every day
