Yeah its normal. As long as she knows its something for her to do in private. So if shes in her room with the door shut make sure you knock before entering. because if you are catching her by invading her privacy then that's your fault that your seeing it. But yes, completely normal. Just talk to her one last time about it and tell her its normal and to do it in the privacy of her own room. She may be feeling guilty about it bacause you have brought it up a few times.

Actually you do talk to your kids about s*x. You should be able to have a open conversation about s*x. Yes..it's normal for her to discovere her sexuality. My cousins use to do it when they were little kids. It's all about growing up and figuring out things. Take her out to get some ice cream, and tell her it's okay that she's figuring out her sexuality or if you don't some young boy will show her the other way about s*x.
