I have sent a box of mobile phones to Brazil and my friends havent received it until now?

I have sent it a month ago and i've lost the receipt to prove it. Is there a way i can go to post office and complain about this? If i find the receipt, will they take any actions?

You need the receipt to claim - The Post Office can't do anything about it until you can produce the receipt and only if it was sent 'International Signed For'.

i would not bother if it was me .my brother lives there and when my mum sent some forms to him that should be signed for he never got them she has sent lots of stuff and he does not get it the trouble is it is so corupt out there they will steel any thing
