I have set my safe search as on in Yahoo but it shows on?

I have set my safe search as on in Yahoo settings and it was saved ok but when I use the browser with Yahoo it's showing off and won't save as on. I'm following the instructions of saving it in Yahoo settings and it is saved as on ok. Does anybody know why it's showing as off in the Yahoo home page?

Any changes or saves on Yahoo can take up to 24 hours to take effect.

it sounds like you need to clear your cache and cookies. see if that works if not contact the folks on the help pages, they'll be able to see if there's a bug or if it's just your browser.
