I have set that when i sign out from yahoo i directly sign in as on mobile now i want to sign out from there..

You could text "out" to the number 92466 from your cell phone.

If you want to disable it completely, in your yahoo messenger client, you go to "messenger" on the toolbar. From there you click on "preferences," and under the general tab go all the way to the bottom to "signing out of yahoo" and uncheck the option that says "always sign in to my mobile device when I exit messenger."
