I have set up a property finding service and i want to search specifice estate agent sites not the full web?

You really should contact your local MLS board and go from there. They have the most up to date listing of avaliable properties. You will need an intergrating system tool to allow your customers to view the listings, your local agency should be able to give you the contact info for one. All licensed and active agents are using the same database, they are required to do so if they want to stay in business.
