    There is no legal issue starting with a website and earning through it. as far taxes are involved, you are required to collect service tax if your annual sale is more than 8 lacs, otherwise, below it you are not required to file service tax, rest, if you operate on your company, name, its same as like you do normal business. So no additional requirements. however, there is no additional requirement for web based business in legal system.
