Question:

I have several problem. please help me anybody....?

1) stress, stress, stress... i'm going to face my final examination within one week.. what can i do to focus on my revision if i'm not in the mood as i'm in stress.

2) sometimes. i feel very bored when i'm not in a relationship. i want to have a very close friend to discuss my problem with. but i never seen anybody to be my best friend because they always treat me like a child who never know everything, do u want to be my friend?

3) how can i maintain a good skin condition as my face is very oily..

4) the final question, how can i be a good speaker who is not shaky, have confidence, have a loud voice and a friendly person?

  1. One, relax! Being stressed is a good way to ruin it all (By all I mean the test, your life, your self esteem, and so on). Two, you have close friends, everyone does, this may sound a bit spiritual and in the wrong topic, but we all have a spirit guide.

    Wash you face with isopropyl alchol, just don't drink it, it is toxic.The alchohol with get rid of all oils.

    Build your confidence. Everyone is wrong somtimes, no one is right all the time.

    Otherwise...meditate?


  2. 1) exercise is a great stress reliever. go for a walk

    2) i don't care to have a best friend. my job (teacher), my husband, and daughter take up enough of my time. if people treat you like a child, it is may be because you remind them of a child. look at your body language. children tilt their head to one side, chin down, shoulders forward and down. Make yourself look as large as possible-erect, shoulders back, head up straight, chin forward. imagine yourself as a soldier or a superhero. practice this in a mirror and think to yourself, "I'm big. I'm tough. I'm confident. i look big and tough and confident." also practice speaking in a deeper voice

    3) about oily skin- i have that too. all you can really do is to avoid foods and beverages that cause you to have acne breakouts. for me, i have to avoid coffee, nuts, citrus, seafood, and chocolate. blot your face with tissue.

    4) practice speaking and imagine yourself to be the speaker. if you can find a room with an echo and a mirror (restroom?) go there and practice that deep voice, confidence, and smiling as if you were an actor practicing a role. working with people who are your natural subordinates, like teaching or doing volunteer work for the poor might also help with the confidence

So you are going to face your final examination with in one week, and you feel stressed and you say you can not focus on your revision cause you are not in the mood as you are very much stressed.about some thing you went through during this week,and you want help to come over your stress, Well it is very serious problem and it need to be solved at once.

    Do not worry about your skin condition as your face you say is oily , there is a lot of things on the market for oily skin and you can maintain a good skin condition and you will pass your stresses

    My friend you could be a good speaker and you want get shaky , and you have confidence in your self and you will be able to speak with a loud voice and you will get to be a friendly person to every body you meet.

    So real your stresses is all about you real personality and your difficulty in making friends with people , and that is what  you are focusing on , if i were you i wont be so stressful over nothing, cause you are all right you do not have any serious problems, every thing that you wish can be resolved in just a few days

    You will sit for your final examination with all your confidence,you shall focus all your attention on the examination paper and answer every question with out any difficulty at all you shall feel in the mood, and nothing will get you mixed up ,,you will have a good mood, and you will answer all the questions with your intellect, cause you shall from today do all your revision and take every thing in and you will never forget what you had put in your mind through your revision.

    So you really had all your stress on your whole person, and you are thing that you are a hopeless person, when really you are a person with a reasonable and thinkingmind, you have to be confident in your self , and you shall be all the things you want as for friends you can count me as one of your friend, cause i like your striaght foward reasoning , as for your voice it will be as you want it to be , I am your friend , God Bless you

  5. stress...do 5 breaths in 10 breaths out....take time out every 30 mins

    u need to socialise more

    get one of those greaseproof paper thingies but for skin...trust me there is such a thing i just cnt remember what its called

    pretend to be confident then when u get results it will come naturally
