  1. It depends on how many teeth are missing, and in what part of your mouth. An RPD (removable partial denture) would probably be the cheapest. It's like a denture but is only holding the teeth you're missing. They can be uncomfortable and hard to get used to. Another option (depending on how many teeth you're missing, and how healthy your other teeth are) is a bridge. They shave down the teeth on either side of the missing areas and glue crowns (caps) down on them that hold a 'bridge' of fake teeth in between. This is glued permanently in your mouth. If the space is too wide to fill with a conventional bridge (previously described), you may be able to have an implant retained bridge. This depends on how healthy your bone is that holds your teeth. They will place metal implants in the bone, and then permanently glue the bridge onto the implants. And lastly, you could just have a whole row of implants placed. In place of each missing tooth, a metal implant is placed, and a crown is glued onto each individual implant.

These choices are all listed from cheapest (RPD) to most expensive (individual implants).

    Hope this helped :)

  2. You could have a partial made which will replace the teeth. The best choice is to get a couple of dental implants. You do not need implants to replace every lost tooth as they can make a bridge unit that screws to the implants or is cemented and no one will be able to tell the teeth are missing. Dental implants safe the bone from deteriorating also as it is the tooth roots that keep the bone strong.
