I have severe knee pain and soreness?

When I bend my knees they are really sore. If I'm kneeling I can't hardly get up ,they hurt so bad. What to do?

Feel your knees as you slowly bend them up and down, if there's a grinding feeling you may have tendinitis. You may also be able to move your knee cap off track. I dont know for you, but I cannot kneel for more than three minutes without collapsing. I have patella tendinitis. I would have a doctor look at it.

rest, and take asprin, see a doctor if it continues. Dont mess around with joint pain -- Surgery es no bueno
