My legs are weak and shaky... The first practice our team had was and twelve o'clock in the morning... We did lunges and squats... After those my legs seemed to give out... I couldn't jump or even run that fast... it felt like they were asleep...accept they weren't...they were shaking and still are... at nine thirty the same morning...is this because i am weak? Or is this because I haven't used my leg muscles in awhile? If so ... are there any specific stretches/things that i can do to help this is stopping?
