I have a sharp stabbing pain under my left lower rib cage that comes and goes. It started in the middle of the night last week. I do notice this happens shortly after eating. Especially when eating carbs, like oatmeal, cereal, bread... I had a bowl of cabbage soup for dinner and didn't get any pain. then 2 hours later I had a bowl of cereal for dessert, then 1 minute later the pain came back. It doesn't burn, there is no other pain in my body. I do get diarrhea though after eating with cramps. Any ideas what this might be? I start a new job next Monday so I don't have any medical insurance to see a doctor. Do you have any recommendation for natural medicine to help?

  1. It sounds like you are eating too much fibre and you are having pain from  the activation of your bowel . Let up a bit and drink more water and see if it will pass . Good luck on your new job and have a great day .
