I have sky+ downstairs does anyone have wireless receiver and do they really work?

i had wireless.but it was always going wrong.i switch to cable and have had no problems.

yes they really do work, but as you probably know you watch the channel which is on downstairs so if someone is downstairs you have to watch what they are watching,

also a downside to the i/r eye which you have to having facing your sky+ box i/r

iv got one of those sky magic eye things it works great no problems at all, try ebay before you buy 1 there are loads on there brand new for about a quarter of the price ! Same if you want a second sky remote for up the stairs !
