I have perused the net, but have been unable to find any matches. I'm not sure if they are doing damage yet or is at all, but I want to nip it in the bud (no pun intended).

  1. i don't know who they re, but i would spray plants in the evening with malationil. kills everything

  2. There are many insects that are as you describe, we have beetles just as your describing.  Douse your plants with a mixture of soapy water(dish detergent and water)  then go to to a place like wal-mart, lowe's, or home depot and get yourself a beetle net/trap.  Beetles have been particularly nasty this year and will destroy your plants.

    Good Luck

  3. they are extremely dangerous, if u smell their scent ur throat clogs up and u can die, u should move

  4. These are a varity of assasin bugs...some are beneficial but some will literaly suck your plants dry....They are usually found bunched up together in one area of your plants..I will post a link to many pictures of different types..to kill them get a pyrithrum spray avaialble at Home depot..You can buy this spray in a small ready to spray bottle for around 5 dollars..if you have a larger garden i would suggest buying the bottle of concentrate and not the reayd spray bottle the cost will get you..with a concentrate simply buy a ortho dial a sprayer that attaches to your garden hose and pour the concentrate in it..do not add water..set the dial to the recommended dispensing rate and attach to your hose..heres some pictures of the assasin bugs..the ortho dial a sprayer..and my garden pictures(5 pages)..Pyrithrums are derived from chrysanthiums and organic...
