I have small brown eyes, how do I make them pop without looking to emo?

best colours to make them pop r purples & blues

dont use such a dark shade, as that will make ur eyes appear small. just add a bit of eyeliner in one of those colours like under ur lashes, or even eyeshadow

usually like a gold shimmery shadow looks great, or a not so vibrant purple or green. you can pretty much try most colors, but dont go too crazy! :]

use eyeliner/eyeshadow the same colour as your eyes to bring them out more. It also makes you look fabulous!

Line the top as close to the lash line as possible with liquid liner & line the corners and outer bottom lash line wth a good pencil. I love MAC.

Don't go all the way in (from corner to corner)  with the liner on the bottom. Just do the outer corner (the corner of your eye that is furthest from your nose) . . . I think dark liner in the creas of your eye (where your eye comes close to your nose) it what makes your eyes look smaller & more emo.
