  1. These appear from an excessive amount of bacteria and dirt in your mouth. What you can do it actually just bite it off, very very very carefully cut it off, etc. Just the very tip of it. It always helps me. It bleeds for about 2 seconds and then it goes away in 10 min.

  2. dude sounds like u burnt your tongue

it'll go away in a day or 2. eat some ice cream

  3. Whatever you do, do not cut it off! It is painful! Just brush it, while you brush your teeth. It may be a cold-sore, or this one thing. I forgot what it's called, but just don't worry about it.It should be gone in most likely in a week. If you have it for more than a week, then you should see your doctor and ask him or her what you need and what it is called.

  4. just a blister that could come from eating too much of something citrus or with alot of salt.. best thing to do is not avoid it from rubbing against your teeth and all.

  5. oh i hate when i get those. it coulda happened from burning your tongue, biting your tongue, or eating something citrusy like lemon or an orange... it usually takes about a week to go away.. the best thing i have used is putting a dab of salt directly on it to dry itout. it hurts and tingles at the same time. i think it feels kinda good to be honest but others may not..good luck!!!

  6. Little white bumps?  Those, I think, are called chancres.  I get them too, and I hate 'em.  As someone mentioned above, they last about a week or so, then go away.  I've even tried cutting them off sometimes, with mixed results.  WHEN I've managed to cut them off, it either makes it more painful or makes it go away, more often the former if I remember right.  Generally, I'd say leave them alone and they'll go away on their own.  Sadly, I haven't found anything to dull the pain.  You might have good results with cloves, if you can chomp a clove with your molars (make sure it gets moist, with water or saliva) and then push the chancre against it--cloves stun the taste buds etc. (they were used as toothache suppressants way back when).

I don't know for sure, but I've heard that chancres are dead/dying taste buds.  Either way, they sure are painful, but they also go away.
