I dunno if it's sress or what i'm eating but i break out so easily.

I know people who eat junk food but their faces are clear.

Now i have acne all over my face, especially close to my lips.

What are some safe ways for me to get rid of all this acne and clean up my face?

  1. Honey is a great remedy for acne and pimples because the honey kills bacteria. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

  2. stress really does play a big role, and foods do too. sometimes ppl's bodies are made differently. i've always avoided fried foods since i could talk.

if it's close to your lips, make sure that you always clean efficiently around there--wipe your mouth--you never know how much grease was smeared on there when you were eating. but i think you should aviod putting on acne treatments too close to it if you accidentally swallow it.

safe ways are to always cleanse, but not over do it, which makes it worse. try salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide, which are in SO many products. just look for it in the back--it'll have a white drug facts label. the higher %age, the more strong, so watch what you need to use, not over-doing it. another sorta-like shortcut is using oil absorbing sheets that remove oil to unclog pores from only oil--they don't kill bacteria that causes acne (benzyl peroxide does), or clean deep down. but they remore a heck lot of oil--no more shine!!

after cleaning, use a toner to clean even more, with a cotton pad--you can really see the dirt you're removing. they say not to use one with alcohol in it--you can tell: if it tingles or burns on open areas, it has alcohol. but many toners do have alcohol in it.

then finally, moisterize with an oil-free facial lotion. go for ones that have SPF which would protect against sun damage which addes to wrinkles and unhealthy skin

always look for someting fit for your skin--dry to oily, to combination. or even better, go to one of the makeup stands in the mall (like Macy's)--it may seem sorta girly, but they can help you construct a plan JUST FOR YOUR SKIN, like a prescription. it may cost more, but you use higher quality products (Clinique, Sheshido, Estee Lauder--they're not on your drugstore shelves!!!) but if you can't then try to read closely at descriptions, and even call their toll-free #s to find out other details.

hormones can also play parts (girls tend to break out when their hormones flux from their periods) along with stress.

if you do have severe acne, try Clearasil's Ultra line (which is $10 per item--ouch! but it works, and there aren't many products that are like it on the shelves, unless you're talking about Proactiv, Zeno, or those kits).

****If you can only buy ONE item that is stronger to sorta spot treat, i would go for the Clearasil Ultra's acne treatment cream, which is availible @ a lot of drug stores that is 10% benzyl peroxide, which is very high compared to the normal 2% in most face washes, so don't use too much on dry areas like your cheek.****

  3. The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple.

For acne scars and blemishes my wife use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'

  4. go to a dermatologist they will give u something that will clean up ur face or just go buy some cleanser like neutrogena

  5. first u should go to a dermotologist

i went to a dermotologist and the stuff that she gave me didint really help but we all have different skin types so u should go and get checked out.

about three weeks ago i got proactive and my face is not completely clear because it takes some time but i do see alot of progress so maybe u should get proactive

dont forget ur acne is not goin to clear up over night so be patient
