I have soap residue on my uniform shirt on the armpit area can the cleaners?

rinse that off if so how? since they use no water?

I had to hand wash my shirt (no time for cleaners) and i use clothing soap on the armit area I was not able to reomve all the residue...the shirt is made from cotton and a bit of poly...

Scrub the area with a paste of baking soda then wash as usual.  In the rinse cycle, add 2 cups of vinegar.

Naptha soap does a really good job on stains like that!
