I have some English sentences I need help with?

I need your opinions on these sentences that I have written. Are there any misspellings, grammar errors or anything I can do to improve them?

The text is taken from the Newweek at 8th of August, 2005.

  2. Most of it's really well written, apart from the third sentence.

    'Fuel such as gasoline and diesel still makes up the most part.'

    Though I can understand you could have the information of what "the most part" is, you really shouldn't write a sentence like that.

    'Fuel, such as gasoline and diesel, still make up the most part of such-and-such.'

    This would be much better.
