  2. Exfoliate, try Neutrogena Clear Body Scrub, it's only 6 - 8 bucks!

This scrubs away dead skin that can clog your pores.

When a few spots appear, use a spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide.

Also, always wear sunscreen with a SPF of at least 15.

  3. At your age, acne is down to hormones, so the best cure for it is from the inside. Using scrubs and other things that dry your skin out actually makes spots worse. Ask your doctor for an antibiotic such as Minocycline. It is brilliant and will clear them up and stop others from forming.

  4. home remedies:

Grind nutmeg (jaiphal) with unboiled milk and apply on acne for 1-2 hours. This works as a magic. Pimples should disappear without leaving a mark.

Apply a mixture of 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. Note that this remedy is not for sensitive skin.

Rub fresh garlic on and around pimples. Pimples will disappear without a mark with regular applications.

Apply fresh lime juice mixed to a glass of boiled milk as a acne wash for pimples, blackheads, and cracked skin.

Apply ripe tomatoes pulp on acne pimples and keep upto 1 hour, then wash.

Apply grated potatoes as poultice to treat skin blemishes, wrinkles, boils, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads , etc.

Make a paste of salt in vinegar. Rub it on the pimples. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.

Put toothpaste on your pimple before you go to bed, should help reduce swelling overnight. Make sure it is the paste not the gel. One of the most popular acne home remedies.

Wash it twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave you with  oil free without aggravating the acne.

Blend cucumber and make a paste. Apply this as a mask and leave it for 1/2 hour and then rinse. This refreshes your skin and prevents acne.

I do not know if any of these work . But i hope they help .

  5. LOL, but seriously I understand how one feels when he has a great body but can show it off due to embarrassments like acne, stretch marks or scars on the body.

I will recommend for you a good product that clears body acne but let me make one thing clear that it won't happen by Monday when your school starts. It takes around 2 to 3 weeks to clear your body acne.

My recommendation is Zenmed's Body Acne Combo. The kit consists of a botanical acne body wash and a botanical acne mask.

The mask is first applied all over the affected region of the skin, ten to fifteen minutes before going to the shower and once in the shower the mask is washed off with water and the acne body wash. In two to three weeks you would love what the product has done for you after clearing your body acne completely.

  6. People make all kinds of suggestions about the best thing to do to cure acne.  Some cures I’ve heard include putting oatmeal, honey, lemon juice, tea tree oil, cucumber, vinegar, milk of magnesia or toothpaste on your face.  Practically every cosmetics company and company that makes personal care products makes something that is a “sure cure” for acne.  If we think about this, and use some common sense, we have to come to the conclusion that there is no quick or easy cure for acne, because if there was it would be well known and doctors would be telling everyone about it.

Numerous companies make a lot of money persuading people to buy products that at worst will make the acne worse, and at best may help some people a little.  Often fewer products are better.  People often make their acne much worse by using too many products.  There really is no quick fix for acne.  Don’t spend a lot of money on products just because their ads say that they will cure acne.  Your doctor is the best person to ask for help, and he or she may recommend some prescription medication or non-prescription treatment that may be suitable for you..

There are some very simple and basic things you can do that cost nothing.  Keep your face or any other area affected by acne very clean.  Any mild antibacterial soap will help with that.  Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue.   Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne.  Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep.  A healthy life style will make a difference.  Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.

Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

  7. I started to get acne on my back and chest at about 12 years old. At first I tried a ton of over the counter stuff but none of it really worked. If you too have done this with no real results, you might want to make an appointment with a dermatologist. I've been going to one about once or twice a year for many years and the acne medications she prescribes me are the only ones that work. You can get almost all medications in a generic form if cost is an issue. Find a dermatologist that will work with your/your parents' insurance to keep costs at a reasonable level then call and say you'd like to make an appointment to figure out some options for your acne.

You probably won't be able to get rid of the acne before Monday but if you go to a dermatologist now you can really save yourself a lot of hassle later.

  8. Pop as many as you can.

    Then put Clearasil on them.

  9. When you shower, wash your body last.  When you shampoo/condition your hair, all that stuff drains down over your back and shoulders as you rinse.  So wash that area last with a good scrubbing cleanser.  Get some sun.  And using a facewash that has benzoyl peroxide in it on that area, is a good idea.  It's doesn't have to only be used on your face.

  10. the sun...

always drys my spots out :)

  11. yes same thing here i had a huge sunburn killed most off  my chest and shoulders
