I have some cut and uncut emeralds and rubys where can i sell them in the uk at reasonable prices?

is there any company that buys them we have certificates with them is there any web site where i can look at

You have to be able to prove you have them legitimately and that the appropriate tax and duty was paid on importation. Can you do this? If you can't, then no legitimate company will touch them.

Or, you could try a decent jeweller.

try a jewellers called H & T, they are a nationwide company, with about 20 shops alone in london and bromley area.

they also have a website, might be worth a go.

they buy items and they are a pawnbrokers aswell.
