See i will be really tired falling asleep doing whatever like on the phone and all but as soon as i get into bed to sleep im wired and i stay up till around 4 am every night. then i wake up at six and dont sleep the rest of the day then im tired that night so i go to get in bed and im wide awake and finally fall asleep and then wake up aroun noon or later......with the school year starting next week im hoping for some sleep so what should i do......mush keeps me awake......i hate the taste of hot milk......and im 13 so im not sure if sleep aids are an option....
