I have some newspaper cuttings that I'm going to add into an existing cs3 moving video.What is the best way?

Basically I was just wondering whether I should have a background top and bottom and just have the cuttings in the middle.I have tried to look for some examples on you tube but can't see any.Is there anysite that anybody would recommend that would allow me to view some examples of the best way to put clippings in with existing video footage?

Personally, I would take two or three newspaper cuttings (scanned) and place them, at differing angles onto the screen then use a Ken Burns effect to zoom and pan over each one; zooming in and out from one to another - just to keep continuity. Sorry, I can't provide examples it's just the way I'd do it.
