I have some nude pics with me I want to edit them and want to make those with well Dressing or clothing please help any free tool for the same?

It will really depend on lighting conditions and resolution to depend on how real to make the clothes.  I would use several layers, the clone tool, a matte, etc and then flatten the layers.  Also try to match the lighting.

I am not being perverted when I say if you email me the pictures, I would be happy to get you started so you can see what I am talking about.

But photoshop can be expensive.  I could probably help with the pic situation cause I edit pics all the time it's simple for me .-.

why don't you just put some clothes on, and take some new pics.
