  1. Doubtful, but you can try.  Write a letter stating that the account is paid and request that it be removed.  The worst that can happen is that they deny the request.  


  2. The time to have done that was when you paid them off.

    Without a pay for delete agreement the only way for them to be removed is for them to age off your report.

    Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act derogatory accounts show for 7-years from the date of first delinquency.
