Figure out how to send them more than 1 at a time. It wont let me send them more than 1 at a time because it says that the file is too big. Is there any other way to send them 5 or 10 at a time or send the whole thing? Can I save it as a slide show or powerpoint then send it?

  1. You can make a photo album with PowerPoint first, then burn the PowerPoint to DVD or video, finally upload the PowerPoint to some online sharing websites such as YouTube or email it to your friends.

After that, you only need to tell your friends the URL of the PowerPoint on Youtube, they can view it directly on the Internet.

About how to upload PowerPoint on YouTube:

YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones in the WMV, AVI, MOV, and MPEG file formats. But PowerPoint presentations are not video formats and Microsoft itself also doesn’t support the conversion. So we need third party software to complete this process.

When we do the conversion, we also don’t want to lose any voice, movies, animations and transitions in the original PowerPoint. The video converted should retain all the subtleties in the PowerPoint.

Acoolsoft PPT2Video Converter is designed to help you easily convert your PowerPoint presentations to stunning videos. With only 3 clicks, you can convert PowerPoint presentations to video formats such as MPEG, AVI, MP4, WMV, MOV and 3GP with excellent quality.

Benifits of converting PowerPoint to video:

    1. Enable you to view your PowerPoint presentations without the need of MS PowerPoint. Windows Media Player would be OK.

    2. Podcast PowerPoint slide show to iTunes or your own blog for sharing.

    3. Show your PowerPoint presentations on YouTube, Google Video, etc.

    4. Review PowerPoint presentations on iPod/iPhone/Pocket PC.

    5. Create mp4 video and view PowerPoint presentation on TV.

    6. Reduce PowerPoint file size by 90% to easily email or upload to web

    Hope it helps!

  2. You could make a PowerPoint out of the photos, or you could do:

    1. Upload the photos online like Flickr!

    2. Compress the files to a .zip file so it is smaller. to send all at once

Either of the ways will work.

  3. Power point would be too big of a file. What you will need to do is safe the images to your computer and then make them smaller so that they can be e-mailed. Otherwise create a walgreen photo account it's free and with that you can share that with your friends and family through the internet. My friend has done that.

  4. Send them through msn, yahoo or aol messenger instead. Preferably msn messenger. If you and your friends or one of your friend have a slow internet connection it will take some time to send the pics to them. If you and your friend's internet connection is slow, it's best to send it via mail.
