  1. use them as water bottles. if u hav kidz let them use them for a project or a craft depending on how old they r.u could use them for just bout anything!

  2. plant things in them, use them to store stuff

  3. if you like camping fill them with water freeze them and use as ice packs and you can drink the water when it melts

large 2l pop bottles can cut a hole 2" from the bottom and 3"dia.fill the bottom with bird seed and you have a feeder or go to Home Depot feeder section you can buy a feeder attachment that screws onto the top fill the bottle with seeds turn over and another bird feeder

the threads are the same on some hummingbird feeders and you could use the bottles for a hummer feeder

if you have fabric softener jugs(1 gal) we use them for jug curling in the winter fill with water freeze draw out a curling sheet on a ice surface and curl away

if the juice bottles have large mouths on them (Fruite drink bottle) and if you make homemade soup or pasta sauce you can fill the bottles 3/4 full and freeze to use later

not everything needs to get recycled to reuse is just as good

  4. I just want to add one thing to Big Nickel's answer:

I buy my liquid laundry detergent at Sam's--the kind that has a "spigot" where you push a button on top and the liquid flows out.  I rinse mine out really well, then fill them with water, put a bar of Ivory soap in the toe of an old pantyhose leg and tie it to the handle.  When the kids and I are outside digging in the garden or doing something else where our hands get dirty, we use out "portable sink" to wash our hands without having to go inside.  No dirt on the door k**b or getting dropped off our hands in the house!

Also, a friend saw a really good wind "spinner" made out of the 20 ounce plastic bottles and aluminum cans.  I'm sure if you use your imagination--or let your kids use theirs--you can come up with all sorts of craft/gift ideas!

  5. Flower vase

    Use them to root plants

Cut off top of plastic bottle and use as funnel

Terrariums. Fill large clear bottle partly with dirt, drop in some seeds and add a small amount of water.  Put in sunny spot and watch seeds grow.

  6. 2 litter plastic bottles can be made for a bee & fly catch.

  7. Recycle them please. The source video shows by illustration the difference between what is recycled to what is going into landfill and pollution.

  8. i have been filling them with water and burying them on routes to my survival hideout area.

if anything happens and i have to go into the hills i will not have to carry a lot of water.

that way i just carry more ammo.

    and food.

  9. you'll need tons but you can make a fort/igloo for kids to play in
