I have some problems about my periods.....?

Question

I am 29 years and have had my periods every 28 days. But since 3 months I get it after 36 days or more. One week before periods I have discomfort and pain in my lower abdomen and also 2 months before I noticed mid of the cycle (before two weeks to get periods) fem like thing which mix with blood comes out from v****a. Why is this happen? Why my periods get late like this? I gain my weight a lot.

those r pretty weird symptoms but ur period can get irregular if u change ur diet drastically

U have not mentioned about your active s*x .... assuming u r alone its better to consult a doctor .. as at this age getting delay periods and after some time u might get it postponed a long time ... fem like thing from v****a is not to worry .. its nature some girls get due to body tem
