I have some problems with my car?

its a 1991 geo metro with a 12 cylinder engine

it is bad.....when i turn the steering wheel, it turns the radio volume up! i have to steer the car with the emergency brake lever! and when i press the gas pedal, the air conditioner blows! and the only way to apply the brakes is with the window roller upper wat do i do
