I have some problems with my computer?

Question

Ok, recently i wiped my computer but now for some reason my computer says theres no sound device or speakers plugged in but they are... and so my sound unfortunatly does not work how do i fix that? Also I think theres something wrong with my video or graphics card because when i open an internet window (its kinda hard to explain) and try to scroll down it lags and the lag never goes away... and when i try to run a computer game it just crashes some people already said to do something with my drivers? I dont know much about computers but can someone tell me how to fix this STEP BY STEP?

go to control panel

system

hardware

device manage

see if you are missing any drivers, if you are there will be a yellow ? or see if any device is turned off, it will have a red X

it sounds like you are missing drivers

if you have all your drivers make sure your speakers are plugged into the correct port and that you configured sound, in control panel, correctly
