On line in "My Verizon" I can get usage updates on minutes, texts, and data for all the phones on my plan, but why does it say on the 19th "as of 8/16" and so on, it is always like 2-3 days behind and that makes it hard to keep track. Does anyone else have this problem and/or know how to fix it? They claim that "My Verizon" keeps up-to-date but it really doesn't. Also does anyone else have problems with Verizon not responding to Emails in days? I sent two and got no response...do they answer Emails on the weekends? And lastly, on the Nationwide plans you are charged for MB usage but does this mean if you use .03Mb in the month you pay $1.99? Does it round up from every usage? Thanks in advance for answers!
