its is very sunny in singapore today...yeah i think weather can change people's mood. if you had planned to go to the beach, and it starts raining heavily, you will obviously be disappointed/angry/frustrated. but since i'm stuck at home with nothing to do in this blazing weather, you can guess i'm feeling really bored.

in australia in nsw where i live it was a mild 18 degrees celcius and it was beautifully sunny. its been raining and cold the last few weeks so this was such a change and i think this made everyone in a slightly better mood because we could actually see the sun.

and yes i do think the weather affects peoples moods to an extent. i can feel really down when it rains, but other times i can feel really relaxed and calm. i think it depends on how im feeling as soon as i wake up and dont even look out the window. it depends on what day it is and what is going to happen, like work, school, sport, all that stuff. the weather will either make it good or bad

i do not know where you live so i don't know how the weather is where you live...but in st. louis, mo it is supposed to be sunny and 85...that makes me happy!

the weather can effect your mood. people who do not like rain...could be in a bad mood on a rainy day. however...i don't think the weather can physically change your mood.

i do not understand the last question...what do you mean?
