I have some questions about illegal s*x & other things.?

I know that two people under 16 or 18 or whatever having intercourse is illegal, kind of, it's considered staturatyaytaptat rape.

BUT, what about other sexual things that AREN'T intercourse?

Like, farther than making out, but less than intercourse.

And my other question.

Let's say there's a 20 year old guy, and a 14 year old girl, or vise versa, what ever, and they makeout. But that's it. They just kiss, and nothing else. Is that considered illegal?

but 14 and 20 making out isn't bad.

You can get in trouble if you're 20 and you even say inappropriate things to a 14 year old.  Just mentioning sexual ANYTHING can be considered sexual harrassment, corrupting the morals of a minor.  If you are or know of a 20 year old interested in doing ANYTHING at all witha 14 year old.......I'd suggest keeping it bottled up for another 4 years.

Intercourse is genital-to-genital penetration.  Anything other than penetration that is considered sexual isn't intercourse.  Making out isn't illegal, but a 20 year old shouldn't be making out with a 14 year old anyway, because a 14 year old should be considered to emotionally immature to even understand the ramifications of what just 'making out' could possibly lead to.  But like I said, just making out isn't illegal, just socially unacceptable.
