I have some questions on what model to get for my rifle.?

i am getting the 270wsm and i think the 30-378 weatherby mag. i dont know what models to get them in. For the 270 wsm i was think the winchester model 70, or maybe the Tikka Model T3 Hunte. but i have never used a Tikka before and i dont know what they are like.

I have no idea on the 30-378 weatherby mag. so i was wondering if you could tell me what model i should get for both rifles

You must go to a well stocked gun shop and touch the firearms. Shoulder it and work the action.

I had a customer last year, one of these all talk guys. "I only shoot, you know, quality guns. I want a stainless Browning Stalker in 308." I don't stock Browning but I offered to order one for him. He gave me half down and four days later here is the Browning rifle. We opened the box he shouldered it and the short throw bolt was different from what he was used to and he didn't like it. He tries a Remington Model 7 off the shelf and buys it. Then I'm stuck with the Browning. Luckily it sold two weeks later.

personally i like tikka especially the t3 hunter. the actions on them are so smooth its a high end gun with  like half the price, But not everyone likes the same thing. I would go to a gun shop and shoulder different guns and try the actions and all that stuff to see which ones you like best and then go from there.(but don't go in thinking that a certain gun is best because then you will find something wrong with every other gun even if it is a better gun for you) i say that from experience now i wish i bought the other one. any ways good luck.
