  1. Sorta like the other answer, I like to sautée mine in a deep skillet with onions and mushrooms until about half done.  Then I take my cream of mushroom, dilute it a little with milk or even water will do because I add a pack of brown gravy mix or a couple of crumbled bullion cubes.  Pour over and bake, covered until done.  MANNNN this is good and my hubby goes nuts over it...and ALSO.....your gravy's right there for mashed potatoes or whatever!  Its really good.  I use the left over gravy to put in rice and broccoli!

  2. slow baked in the oven with pinapple slices over them with a touch of honey.... sweet sour sauce to dip the pieces in.

  3. they would be dry if fried , bake them in oven and put a marinade on it

  4. Do a combo of both.. This is how my mom does it. Use a cast iron frying pan and turn the temp up super hot. Put about 2 tbsp of butter and 2tbsp honey in the pan and let it heat up. Then put the pork in so it sears on the outside, like just the outside cooks. Leave it for a few mins (flip it and stuff) then put the whole pan into the oven and leave it until its all the way cooked. Not sure on times because I'm not sure how thick the slices are. For a whole tenderloin it takes about 25 mins. You just kind of have to guess. Then use the butter/honey as live a sauce/gravy. It's really tasty :) and the sauce is good with rice or potatoes, or really any veggie.
