I have some small pimples under the skin on my nose?

and i've tried those nose strips but they really don't seem to help

you can't really notice them and to try to pop them all would be impossible

how can i clear this up?

Are the nose strips only for blackheads?

If so, stop using it.

Itll only irritate your pimples

Try makeup, or acne wash, or you can try icing it,
