I have something on my credit rating file thats not mine and dont no were its come from i been turned down for

overdraft with my current account can i fix this as its affecting me i managed to get contract phone but the police dont wanna no and there must be away to put notes on my credit file so it dont look bad as i havent done nothing wrong so why should i be punished, this company wrote to me and said pay 68 we will fix your credit file even if you got ccj's is this possible or is it a con please help student who needs overdraft

I think this may be a con.  What you should do is contact one of the credit bureau's and make them aware.  They will tell you what steps you should take to get it cleared up.  Once you do get it cleared up, you might want to get them to add a credit notification to your report.  This way anytime you or if someone else is using your social to apply for credit, you will be notified before it is approved.
