I have something on my neck and I don't know what it is. Please help me!?

It really hurts when I touch it. I really need to know what it is and how to cure it.

  1. it might be a severe case of acne...and yes you can get acne on your neck...deep painful bumps on your neck can look and feel like boils but is acne, etc.  you might want to make an appointment with your dermatologist either way so you can get a professional evaluation and get some prescribed medication


  2. Did you just get hair cut?? Might be razor bump from clippers???
