I have sore ankles in the morning.?

I am trying out for a soccer team.The next morning after a practice my ankles are always very sore. How do I make my ankles feel better?

  1. lie flat and move your ankles in all directions with maximum curve ,


  2. try rotating ur feet back and forth and in a circle it might hurt for awhile but after awhile they'll get stronger and wont hurt its normal for them to be sore because your body isnt use to working them so much so the muscle is tearing down and it will heal stronger
