I have a Gateway laptop model number MX6425. I am tryin to use Callcentric softphone but people I call hear my voice but what I say comes in so distorted that they cannot understand what I say. They describe my voice as being broken in small meaningless syllables. I Have the same problem with Messenger. Everything work Video in and out and voice in but they cannot hear me properly. I have checked that all my drivers are up to date but nothing doing. All the software and hardware work on my other computer. There seems to be nothing about this problem on Gateway's site. I feel the problem in with the audio driver but I have the latest version. Can you help me with this problem.
