I have spybot, ad aware and sonic wall by macafee is that ok?

Yes you should run both Spybot S&D and Lavasoft Adaware regularly, at least once a week and also ensure that both are updated prior to scanning.

AdAware searches for known spyware etc, whereas Spybot is able to block bad entries from being downloaded to your machine.

The time that each will take depends upon many factors, your processor speed, RAM and how much space is used on your drive.
