have you had a problem before with your knee? have you checked out the egoscue method. he is an expert on joints and all. look him up on line.

    good luck

  3. i thinking u shoud relax

  4. You will need a Ct scan to show if you have a tear in any tissue, or an MRI to show if there is any bone damage.

Either way, the pain is not normal and you should see your doctor.

  5. pinch your knee

    then begin the stabbing

  6. Some knee problems require a knee braces. Your doctor may suggest a knee brace for support instead of surgery for a torn knee ligament. You may also need a knee brace for pain in the front of your knee that isn't getting better with strengthening and flexibility exercises. Braces don't seem to work well to stop knee injuries from happening. Get your doctor's advice if you want to try a knee brace.

There are four main kinds of knee braces:

       1. Prophylactic (say: pro-fa-lack-tick) braces. These are designed to protect knees from injuries during contact sports like football.

       2. Functional braces. These give support to knees that have already been injured.

       3. Rehabilitative braces. These limit harmful knee movement while a knee is healing after an injury or surgery.

       4. Unloader/offloader braces. These are designed to provide relief to people who have arthritis in their knees.
