I have stamina but need to get faster ?

I already run regularly , and i can run 3 miles in about 25-30 minutes without stopping. i want to be able to run 1.5 miles in under 10 minutes, can someone give me some advice / workouts so i can get faster ?

  1. Add in a little speed such as 400 meter repeats and some hill workouts. Good luck
