Other than the fact that we cannot see the page, you did not start a family tree for THE "Lia" family because genealogy is not about last names, and not everyone with the same last name is related.  You started a family tree on YOUR "Lia" family.

If you want people to see it you need to change your settings!

Make it public and have living people hidden to people without a password.  EVERYONE YOU GIVE THE PASSWORD TO CAN SEE LIVING PEOPLE'S INFORMATION!
