  1. Sounds okay, eat snacks in the middle of those meals of some kind of fruit or nuts something good for you

Try working out a little walking or something a few hours a week 3-6 days

Eat more for breakfast add some strawberries or something most important meal during the day to start your metabolism

  2. Check on this website.informations are free here.very helpful http://freeweightlosstips4u.blogspot.com...

  3. Sounds pretty healthy to me, but then I'm on a huge binge at the minute - just cannot stop eating, so anything healthy sounds like you're in the zone and doing well.  However, I noticed that you're not eating any fruit (just a dash of lemon).  I suggest you introduce some just to ensure you get all the vitamins you need.  You will get plenty from the veg, but it's best I think to have a combination of both.  good luck, I'm jealous of your will power

A Balanced Diet , Plenty Of Water ( 6-8 Glasses / 2 liters ) And At Least half An Hour To An Hour Of Exercise x

Eat Sensibly Is My Answer And The List Above.... You Seem Like You Are Eating A Balanced Diet Anyway , Gd Job ..

  5. It sounds good, and with you're special K in the morning, make sure you drink skim milk. I highly recommend that Hood skim milk that supposedly tastes like 2%. Its DELICIOUS. good Luck

  6. You're going to want to eat more often, and more naturally. Special K is all cute and whatever, but it's not a whole grain cereal. Instead, switch it up for oatmeal sweetened with honey and/or fruit, with a glass of milk. This gives you natural carbs and lean protein for breakfast.

Don't forget a snack between breakfast and lunch. This should also be of a lean protein and natural carb. Veggies and hummus, yogurt and fruit, whatever appeals to you, as long as it's a protein and natural carb.

Lunch shouldn't be "brown bread" if you have a sandwich. Brown bread is usually just dyed brown to make it look healthier. Look for a multi-grain bread. This is better for your body as it contains fewer processed sugars. They will be more calories, but the processed sugar in brown and white breads typically converts into fat on your body while the extra calories in multi-grain bread just get metabolized and fuel you.

Again, you need a snack between lunch and dinner, another lean protein and natural carb. The reason you want to eat every 2-3 hours is to keep your metabolism roaring. Slow metabolism = fatter you.

    Dinner looks pretty good.

I would also highly recommend that you start exercising. The good thing about this diet I gave you is that you don't have to stop it, so you don't risk gaining weight back. This is a maintainable diet that will fuel you for your life!

  7. I would cut out potatoes, bread and cheese altogether.

No refined sugar such as cakes, biscuits or chocolate.

    No alcohol either.
